Issue/Rationale

Attorney Client Session pursuant to F.S.286.011(8). This is closed to the public. The Board members and their attorney will discuss litigation strategy and litigation expenditures regarding the case of Mobile Fixtures and Equipment Company v The School Board of Clay County, Florida. In attendance will be Attorney Bruce Bickner, Superintendent Charlie VanZant, School Board members Carol Studdard, Janice Kerekes, Tina Bullock, Lisa Graham and Johnna McKinnon. The meeting will be recorded by court reporter. It is expected that the session will last approximately 30 minutes after which the regular Board meeting will be reopened.
